The third part concerns man's reaction to this uplifting news. Furthermore, the fourth part tends to a portion of the consequences of a positive reaction to this uplifting news message.

The Terrible News - Man's Condition
Each individual realizes there is a Maker. God pronounces that He has spread the word about this inside every individual (Ro 1:18-20).
